1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not working properly.

  • You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • The product is not as described on our Website.

⚠️ Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer.

  • The product is used, tampered with, or missing original packaging/accessories.

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kcmart.co.in or call +91 7978 538 001 within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide order details, invoice copy, and reason for return.

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.


4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the product is eligible, you can choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, KC Mart will bear the return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping cost.


6. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly from the authorized service center.

  • KC Mart will assist in guiding you to the right service channels but is not responsible for warranty approval or rejection.
